How do I place an order?
There are several ways to place an order. You may purchase some items on our website, or you can contact us at 205-427-5776. You can also reach us via email at thecookiecakery@gmail.com, or through Facebook at www.facebook.com/thecookiecakery

How far in advance should I place an order?
The sooner you can place your order, the better! We prefer at least 2 weeks notice, but we also understand that life happens and sometimes that just isn't possible. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us using one of the methods above to check availability before placing an order.

What are your hours and where are you located?
So the cool thing is that we really don't have set hours. We are a Cottage Law Bakery, which means that we bake all of our delicious treats at our home. We are located in Maylene, AL, but we are more than happy to meet for delivery in the Birmingham area.

Do products need refrigeration?
No, our cakes and cookies should not be refrigerated. We do suggest keeping them in a cool place to prevent anything from melting.

Do you deliver?
Yes! We would be more than happy to meet you at a convenient location for both parties.

Do you offer cake tastings?
Not at the moment. All of our baked goods are made fresh as needed. However, as we continue to grow we definitely plan on making cake tastings available.

Can I schedule a consultation?
Of course! We would love to put a face to a name and be able to discuss what you are looking for in person. We always hold our consultations in a public establishment. Please feel free to contact us to schedule an appointment and discuss a convenient meeting place.

Do you have a menu?
We are in the process of making a complete menu! As soon as we get one made we will post it on here asap!
